Gorgeous Steampunk Victorian 100% wool black top hat with 4 beautiful black
ostrich feathers adorning side of hat. Black lace is tied around center of hat
which trails down long at back. A brass effect Steampunk style gun adorns other
side of hat with a black ribbon bow & Steampunk goggles sit on front with clock
wheels & a brass clock plate inside lenses. A green embroided cameo hangs on
front of hat & a brass key with chain hangs on side with chain hanging around
