7 - 9 months : 44 - 45 cm (17.3 - 17.7 inches)
9 - 12 months : 45 - 46 cm (17.7 - 18.1 inches)
12 - 16 months : 46 - 47 cm (18.1 - 18.5 inches)
16 - 24 months : 47 - 48.5 cm (18.5 - 19.1 inches)
2 - 3 years : 48.5 - 49.5 cm (19.1 - 19.5 inches)
3 - 4 years : 49.5 - 51 cm (19.5 - 20.1 inches)

MEASURING: When measuring your child's head, start from the forehead slightly
above the ears, straight to the back, around the widest part of your head, then
back to the forehead. Making sure not to pull too tight on the tape.
