Lovely early vintage gold-tone lapel or stick pin. A graceful design of a
large bird (perhaps a wading bird, a stork?) and plant-life. Presented in an
elegant case marked "Germany". I am uncertain whether the case is original to
the pin, but the size is appropriate. The pin is 2 3/4" long, the case is a bit
longer. In terms of condition, there are some dark marks in some of the
crevices on the pin -- unsure of their origin, and I've not attempted a
cleaning. The lining of the case shows some age and wear.
For other fine antique and vintage treasures, visit Saltwater Notions at
