Baby bonnet, vintage bonnet, upcycled bonnet, bonnet with flower pattern

I mainly use preloved and vintage materials to sew all these lovely baby
bonnets, sometimes the pieces of remnant fabrics and scraps from my other
projects, that have waited to be used. However, I mostly use new cotton fabrics
to make the trims, if a bonnet has one.

This lovely bonnet, used to be a small cotton curtain in its previous life. :)
The lining however is from white fabric scraps. I prewash all the materials.

The fabrics are non-strechy, but I would say, the bonnets run a bit bigger, so
if you hesitate, I would NOT recommend sizing up, especially the bigger sizes!
Still keep in mind, that all babies are different. If the bonnet doesn´t fit, I
am happy to accept returns.

If you are not sure, please measure first your babys´ headcircumference. Do it
above the eyebrows, keeping the same level around the head.

42cm is approx. 16.5in.
44cm is approx. 17.3in.
46cm is approx. 18.1 in.
48cm is approx. 18.8 in.
50cm is approx. 19.6 in.
52cm is approx. 20.4 in.


I mainly use preloved materials, so I only recommend:
- handwash in cold water
- hang to dry
- ironing inside out, if necessary and on really low temperatures
- NO dryer, please!

-Since I use preloved and vintage materials, unfortunately I cannot always
tell exactly , what the fabric is made of, but I always look for cotton/cotton
blends and linen/linen blends, if not stated otherwise.

-This bonnet is made from 100% cotton, the lining is cotton blend.

Please do not leave your child unattended with the bonnet, since they have
ties!
