elastic is fully encased in coordinating fabric for comfort.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: For best results hand wash and line dry. 100% pre-washed
cotton can be machine washed in cold water on delicate and tumbled dry on low.
Use of a delicates mesh laundry bag is recommended because of the
embellishments on the bonnets. Iron on low as needed. Untie bonnet to lay flat
for easy ironing.
