This is an antique Victorian c1870’s African ebony hat pin stand (19th Century
Black Treen). This is small and very beautiful and would look perfect on your
dresser. You could use this for hat pins or four small make-up brushes. The
four holes are evenly spaced around the top section with the base having a
channel to keep your items in place. There is a small chip on the edge of the
top section however in no way detracts from the beauty of the piece, it would
