Beautiful art nouveau style hat pin with the Charles Horner makers mark.
The pin is steel and then from the bobble upwards it is Sterling silver - a
curving form which reminds me of music notation or a vintage monogram.
Due to it’s light weight it hasn’t been fully hallmarked so I can’t give it an
exact date but 1905 to 1910 seems likely. It bears the Charles Horner makers
Mark and the word ‘Sterling’ which is common for smaller silver pieces of the
time.
In good condition for use or display, a charming gift or an addition to a
collection.
