Antique 7.5 in Unusual Pottery Hat Pin - Edwardian

Unusual Edwardian Hat Pin with head made from clay pottery. The domed design
is a rosy brown with gilt relief flower

The total piece is 7.5" long - head is 1-1/8" in diameter and stands about
3/8" high. Pin is steel

Hat pin is in very good antique condition - noted one ding on edge of pottery
- normal finish wear on steel pin - please check over images.

Fun Fact: Around the turn of the century in England long hatpins were
considered lethal weapons and a 1908/1909 law required the pin portion to be no
longer than 9".
